About This Blog

In February 2012, we moved into a lovely “convertible 1 bedroom” apartment in a gorgeous pre-war building. This is a blog about the conversion of an apartment in New York City that was built sometime before some war. And what it will be converted into remains to be seen…

  1. Oh my gosh! I’ve read like a million nyc home renovation posts and nothing came close to being as helpful as your most recent Brick Underground piece. I’m about to start a remodel on an unlivable 1000 sq ft in Harlem and I would love to chat with you about your own. Feel free to email me…. 🙂 (fernorbooks @ gmail)

    • Thank you! There’s more to come, too, as I start a bi-weekly column for them. I love to chat about renovation (obviously). You can ask about anything, comment on anything on the blog or BrickUnderground… but if you much prefer email, get in touch at marazzi246 [at] hotmail [dot] com (real email, I promise!).
